A short, private application. Confirm you're 18+ and UK-based, and add a few recent photos.
A relaxed video call to explain the role, talk through the levels you're comfortable with, answer your questions, and make sure it's right for you. No pressure at any point.
A straightforward written agreement covering your pay, your shoot days, your agreed levels and a 14-day notice period either way. Everything in writing, nothing hidden.
Your age and ID are verified in person at the start of your first shoot — just bring valid government photo ID on the day. We never ask you to upload your ID to a website.
Four half-day shoots a month, always within your agreed levels. Your promotion goes live, and £2,000 lands on the 28th — splittable across the month if it helps.
Every shoot is scheduled, briefed and run by an experienced team on a safe, respectful set — and your travel is covered, every time.
